Can you list all 63 interjections used in the Batman TV show?
Look, I’m just going to tell you right now: No. No you can’t. It’s IMPOSSIBLE, I tell you.
Or, you can go here and try to beat my score.
Which was 12. So that is considerably less impossible.
Here, I’ll even get you started: “Pow.”
(Thanks to Tad for sending it, thus eating up eight minutes of my life and shaking my confidence in ever reaching Sims-level Batmanology.)
I managed 13. That was a LOT harder than I thought it’d be.
Quite proud that I got PAM! though.
Someone must have watched A LOT of Batman reruns to compile that list! I got 3 — and I watched that show EVERY WEEK, dammit!!
Got 18 suckers, and I’m feeling pretty good about it considering the company round here. I can’t believe all the obvious onomatopoeic offerings I missed, though. Failed to come up with BANG! CRUNCH! BONK! CLANK! SOCK! and SPLAT! I did manage to recall THWACK! and KAPOW! however.
There were a few I was really disappointed I missed, because I use them in everyday conversation. It was like I’d been thwacked upside the head.
(Really, spellcheck? No problem with “thwacked”? Okay then.)
